Our Staff

Our Staff come with the word “Care” stamped on them.  This means that they are aware of the Community in which they work, the Ability to work with young and old along with a variety of conditions, Respect, meaning that each client is respected and is given choices to do as they wish with family, friends, and their own Community, along with Empowerment, we teach our staff that empowerment is getting things done and enriching quality of life.

Staff are all insured, have experience in homecare, and go through rigorous background checks.  Before our staff are placed in a home or community based environment, they must first serve as backups, and help people on a “as needed basis”.  This gives us the knowledge that they have the experience to deal with the various mental and physical situations that may arise given the person’s condition.
